Everyone has the right under Art. 31 from ADDAABCSSISBNASA:

1. Have access to the information compiled about him or about his/her deceased husband/wife or relatives of direct descent up to second degree inclusive of access to the bodies under art. 1;

2. Request an examination for himself or for his/her deceased husband/wife or relatives of direct descent up to second degree inclusive for the purpose of determining affiliation to the bodies under art. 1;

3. Have access to the documents of the bodies under art. 1 about research, journalistic and investigative activity pursuant to the provisions of the Access to Public Information Act.

The right is exercised by submitting to the Commission a written statement:

1. personally at the reception of the Committee;

2. by mail;

3. from representative authorized by a notarized power of attorney.
