"European Network"

On December 16, 2008 in Berlin agreement was signed "European Network for keeping records". Attended by representatives of the Committee related institutes from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Germany. Hosting the meeting is Marianne Birtler, representative of Germany government documents former Ministry of Security of the GDR - the Stasi. The Bulgarian party attended by Chairman Evtim Kostadinov, who spoke about the work of the Bulgarian Commission, which kept the archives of the former secret services.

"Woodrow Wilson"

First official document between the Centre "Woodrow Wilson" and  Bulgarian state institutions.

On 20-21 August 2009 held the first conference under the project "Intelligence activities and cooperation between the KGB and intelligence services in Eastern Europe". Bulgarian side invited to participate in the forum were Evtim Kostadinov, in his capacity as Chairman of the files Tatiana Kiryakova, a committee member and editor of the documentary collection "KGB and DS relationships and dependencies" and Prof. Jordan Baev, coordinator of the Bulgarian research group of the Cold War. On 21 August, during the conference, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which is the first formal cooperation between the Centre "Woodrow Wilson" and the Bulgarian government agency. Bulgarian side signed the document Evtim Kostadinov, but by American Michael Van Duzen, executive director of the Center "Woodrow Wilson".
