The Committee on records Germany signed an agreement with its partners.

On December 4, 2009 the Committee on records officially signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Federal Commissioner for the Records of the State Security Service of the former German Democratic Republic.

Agreement signed by the Bulgarian side Chairman - Evtim Kostadinov and Germany on behalf of the party vice-chairman - Hans Altendorf.

On October 7, 2010 in Warsaw The Committee officially signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Institute of National Remembrance - Commission for the Suppression of Crimes against the Polish nation, Poland. It governs the relationship in the use of archival documents held in the institutions of both countries under their domestic laws.
